Our Founder
Dr Siba Aldabbagh has established a culture of excellence at 360+ Learning, driven by an unrelenting pursuit of the best for her students. With a 100% success rate in helping students secure places at prestigious schools such as Eton, St Paul’s and Westminster, her dedication to student achievement is unmatched. With over 10 years of experience, including homeschooling, private tutoring, and working with royal families and entrepreneurs, she combines her expertise with a PhD from SOAS, University of London. Her academic background includes lecturing on subjects like Arabic culture, Palestinian literature, and Middle Eastern studies.
At 360+ Learning, her approach blends structured, focused learning with the freedom of independent exploration, ensuring that students thrive academically and develop essential real-world skills. Her commitment to excellence permeates every aspect of the organisation, shaping an environment where students receive bespoke support tailored to their unique needs. Our Head of STEM
Noor is a distinguished tutor at 360+ Learning, specialising in Maths, Science, Business Studies, Economics, and Accounting.
With a Master’s in Pharmacy from King’s College London and a Master’s in Management from UCL, Noor combines her academic expertise with practical experience as a part-qualified ICAEW chartered accountant and audit supervisor at RSM, London.
Beyond her impressive tutoring skills, Noor leads the design of innovative MOOCs in Science, Maths, Economics, and Business Studies, using her extensive knowledge of private equity, financial services, real estate, and hospitality to make education both engaging and impactful. She also leads in the design of MOOCs for corporate interviews and assessments, and business school admissions including Kira Talent Assessment.
Noor volunteers for the NHS, further demonstrating her commitment to making a difference. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys swimming, interior design, and fashion.
