I’m Dr. Siba Aldabbagh, and I’m excited to share the journey that inspired the creation of 360+ Learning. 360+ Learning is the only all-encompassing educational platform that integrates academic excellence, corporate skills, and essential life skills.

The Early Years of my Teaching Journey

My career began as a TEFL teacher, where I taught English as a Foreign Language across various cultures and histories. This experience highlighted how language can connect diverse perspectives.

Building on this foundation, I taught English Language and English Literature at an IB school. I employed the interdisciplinary and comprehensive approach central to the IB system, using real-world applications and group projects to enhance learning.

Pursuing Academic Excellence

I then pursued a PhD in Middle Eastern Studies at SOAS, adopting a cross-comparative multidisciplinary approach to the Visual Arts, Literatures, Politics and Economics of the Arabic-speaking Middle East. This deepened my understanding of how varied histories, geographies, and philosophies shape our worldview, reinforcing my belief in a multifaceted approach to education.

University Teaching and Broader Impact

After completing my PhD, I lectured at SOAS, University of London, teaching BA and MA modules. This experience demonstrated the benefits of teaching essential skills such as communication, discipline, and critical thinking beyond traditional academic settings, preparing students for both academic and corporate success.

Working with High-Profile Families

In my subsequent role, I worked with ultra-high-net-worth families, including royalty, celebrities, corporate leaders, and political figures. I guided their children to achieve top academic success, leading to admissions at prestigious institutions like Eton, St Paul’s, Westminster, Stanford, Harvard, Columbia, Imperial College, Oxford, and many others.

Expanding Through Educational Technologies

Driven by a passion for education and a vision to reach a broader audience, I ventured into Educational Technologies. This move allowed me to scale my innovative approach and benefit a larger number of learners.
